I hired The Cleaning Partners of Columbus to clean up my mom’s house after we moved her into assisted living. Mom’s house was a mess because she has advanced dementia and was unable to perform cleaning duties for quite some time. I contacted The Cleaning Partners for an estimate on a deep cleaning. They immediately replied requesting basic house information and asked for either pictures or to schedule a walkthrough to give the estimate. I shot a picture of every room in the house with hallways and sent the pics to them along with the other info they requested. They immediately replied again with a very reasonably estimate, and just like that, an appointment for the cleaning was scheduled. Extremely easy peasy for me at a stressful time. They showed up to the appointment on time with smiles on their faces. Let me just say WOW! They did an absolute fantastic job!!!! I mean FANTASTIC!!!!! I couldn’t have been more pleased with the job they did! They didn’t miss a single thing! All the cooking grease on the stove and around the cabinets, gone!!! The kitchen sink and counters sparkle! All the dirt and dust and cobwebs around the house, gone! All the soap scum build up in the shower and tub, gone! The bathrooms were spectacularly sanitized!!! Absolutely everything in the whole house (and it’s a fairly large house) is sparkly clean! I will use them again in the future with zero hesitation! They are the absolute best!
